These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Strategic Home Seller's Guide™ ("the Guide") and any related services, including customization and print fulfillment, offered by Author-ized™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through guide.gogetauthorized.com.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. The Product

The Strategic Home Seller's Guide™ is a professionally built, white-label seller education system available for individual real estate agents. Upon purchase of the Agent License, you receive:

• An editable Canva master template

• A print-ready branded PDF version

• A license to brand the guide with your own name, photo, logo, and contact details

• The right to distribute the branded guide to your own sellers and prospects

The Guide is built on the 3P Home Selling Framework™, the intellectual property of Author-ized™.

2. License Terms

Your purchase grants you a single-agent, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Guide under the following conditions:

• The license is for your individual use only — one agent, one license

• You may distribute the Guide to your own sellers and prospects

• You may not sell, resell, or charge for access to the Guide

• You may not sublicense, share, or transfer the editable Canva template or source files to any other agent, broker, or third party

• You may not represent the Guide as wholly original work created independently by you

• Brokerage-wide or team-wide use requires a separate brokerage license

Violation of these license terms may result in termination of your license without refund and potential legal action.

3. Customization Services

Optional customization add-ons are available at checkout:

• Basic Customization ($97): We apply your photo, contact information, brokerage logo, and personal note. Delivered as a ready-to-distribute PDF.

• Full Customization ($149): Everything in Basic, plus full branding to your colors, fonts, and style. Delivered as a ready-to-distribute PDF.

To initiate customization, you must reply to your order confirmation email with the required assets within 30 days of purchase. Failure to provide assets within this period does not entitle you to a refund.

Delivery Timeline: We will deliver your customized PDF within 24–72 hours of receiving all required assets. This is a firm commitment. If we are unable to meet this timeline due to circumstances on our end, we will notify you promptly.

Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included with every customization order. Additional revision rounds beyond the two included are available at a cost to be agreed upon before work begins.

Basic and Full Customization are mutually exclusive. Only one option must be selected at checkout.

4. Print Fulfillment

Professionally printed copies of your branded guide are available at $18 per copy, plus at-cost shipping.

• Print orders are fulfilled after your branded PDF has been delivered and approved

• Print fulfillment is only available to agents who have purchased a customization add-on or who are distributing a self-branded version of the Guide

• Shipping is billed at cost with no markup

• Print orders are placed separately via the print fulfillment order form provided after delivery of your branded PDF

Print copies are final once submitted to the printer. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once a print order is placed.

5. Payments

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase.

Your purchase constitutes a binding agreement to pay the full amount stated at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of this product — including the delivery of a Canva template link upon purchase — all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Failure to use the Guide or Canva template

• Failure to provide assets required for customization

• Dissatisfaction with the Guide content after purchase

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your Canva template link or branded PDF delivery, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, frameworks, structure, and design of The Strategic Home Seller's Guide™ — including the 3P Home Selling Framework™ — remain the intellectual property of Author-ized™ at all times.

Your Agent License grants you the right to brand and distribute the Guide, not to claim ownership of its underlying content, framework, or structure.

You may not reproduce, modify for resale, or create derivative products from the Guide's content without prior written permission from Author-ized™.

8. Disclaimer

The Strategic Home Seller's Guide™ is a general educational resource. It is not legal, financial, or professional real estate advice. Real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions vary by location.

You are responsible for reviewing the Guide against your own market, state or provincial regulations, and brokerage policies before distributing it to sellers. Author-ized™ is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or distribution of the Guide.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Author-ized™ and Ada Cuaresma shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of income or business opportunities arising from use of the Guide

• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

• Misuse of the Guide or breach of license terms by the buyer

 Your use of the Guide and associated services is at your own risk.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of this website or purchase of the Guide constitutes acceptance of any changes.
